Vice President of Services

Greg Gilbert is vice president of services and leads TrueDemand’s Atlanta office with responsibility for the company’s customer service operations. He has more than 10 years of consulting and software development experience in supply chain solutions. Most recently, Greg was director of strategy at Oracle, where he oversaw the application strategy for the portfolio of products in the Retail Global Business Unit. Prior to joining Oracle, he led product strategy groups at Manhattan Associates, Inc. He was also responsible for the guidance and development of Manhattan Associates business intelligence and performance management solutions. In addition, Greg has been a featured presenter at a number of leading industry and academic sessions on supply chain related topics. Greg received his bachelor of arts and his master of business administration from the University of Alabama.
