Robin Vasan

Robin Vasan’s clear understanding of software technology served him well in his early career as an entrepreneur. As a Managing Director in the firm, he is applying these insights primarily to enterprise software, particularly in applications and infrastructure involving security and open source technologies. Robin currently serves on the boards of Centrify, Determina, Elemental Security, Global Logistics Technologies, GroundWork Open Source Solutions, Informance International, and True Demand, as well as leading the firm’s investment in Webroot.

Atul Kapadia

Atul joined Bay Partners in 2004. Prior to Bay, Atul spent four years as one of the two Managing Directors of Raza Foundries Inc., a holding company that invested in semiconductor and system companies. He led Raza’s investment in Auroranetics (acquired by Cisco Systems in 2001), Afara Web Systems (acquired by Sun Microsystems in 2002) and Tropic Networks (privately-held). He also spent a year as the turn-around CEO of Maple Optical Systems. Prior to Raza, Atul worked for ITV/Infinity Capital, where he assisted in the investment in Amber Networks (acquired by Nokia in 2001) and LightLogic (acquired by Intel).

Richard Haddrill

Richard (Dick) Haddrill assumed control as President and CEO of Bally Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: BYI) on October 1, 2004. Haddrill has served on the Board of Directors for Alliance Gaming since April 2003 and most recently completed five years as CEO of Manhattan Associates, Inc. (NASDAQ: MANH), a leader in software solutions to the supply chain industry throughout the world. During his tenure at Manhattan, the company expanded its product offerings and market share, more than tripled revenues to almost $200 million and increased its share price more than eight fold.

Eric Peters

Eric Peters is a co-founder and serves as Chief Executive Officer and Board member of TrueDemand Software. Mr. Peters has over 20 years experience in supply chain and is a leading authority on the subject of RFID and the Supply Chain. Prior to helping start TrueDemand, Mr. Peters was Executive Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at Manhattan Associates (Nasdaq:MANH), where he led the launch of Manhattan’s “RFID in a Box” initiative.
