Steve Schotta has 35 years senior level sales and management experience in the highly competitive and fast-moving consumer goods industry. At Kimberly-Clark he led the sales charge, both domestic and international, and built a multifunctional team of diverse professionals to serve the company’s largest customer, Wal-Mart Stores, Inc.

Steve is co-founder and Executive Vice-President of Luma Vue, Inc., a company that provides LED backlit light panels, the sustainable alternative to track, spot and backlit signs and frames on the market today. Steve’s primary responsibility at Kimberly-Clark was developing team leaders and customer business managers to manage business with Wal-Mart, Costco, Target, Kroger, Albertson’s, Eckerd Drug and other major retailers. Steve is also Executive Director of Doing Business In Bentonville, a supplier speaker series and business knowledge “best practices” forum to address topics that are critical to supplier company’s success with Wal-Mart and Sam’s Clubs.
